LOS ANGELES, CA — Los Angeles heavy metal force DEATH DEALER UNION is set to release its sophomore album Dark Sister with serious momentum, as anticipation continues to build around the new record. The band has reached 25,000 monthly Spotify listeners, attributed to the recent release of the title track single.

Set for release September 18, 2026, Dark Sister marks a major new chapter for Death Dealer Union, bringing together a heavier, darker and more cinematic evolution of the band’s sound.

The album was co-written and produced by acclaimed producer Max Morton, whose work helped shape the record’s massive guitars, atmospheric depth and polished modern-metal production while preserving the raw energy at the heart of Death Dealer Union.

The album campaign has already introduced listeners to several sides of the record. “Cult of the Moonlight” kicked off the new era with an explosive introduction to the band’s evolved sound, followed by the title track “Dark Sister,” further establishing the album’s dark, melodic and cinematic identity. The official “Dark Sister” music video was directed by Margarita Monet of Edge of Paradise, continuing the visual collaboration between Monet and the band.

Now, with the album release rapidly approaching, Death Dealer Union is preparing to unveil its next single, “Spell Bound Machine,” offering another glimpse into the world of Dark Sister and keeping the momentum moving toward September 18.

Reaching 30K monthly listeners ahead of the album’s arrival represents an exciting milestone for the band and reflects the growing response surrounding this new era of Death Dealer Union.

Fronted by Kay Bellows, alongside Doug Weiand on guitars, Brice Snyder on bass and CC McKenna on drums, the current lineup combines crushing modern metal with soaring melodies, commanding vocals and a theatrical edge.

That growth extends to the live stage as well. Death Dealer Union recently joined forces with DNA Entertainment Collective for worldwide booking representation and will hit the road this October

in support of Dark Sister.
