Florida southern hard rockers FALL TO JUNE have unleashed their thought-provoking new music video for “Delta Breakdown” via VEVO. “Delta Breakdown” conveys an inspiring and personal story of healing, growth, and dismissal of demons through self-reflection, told by FTJ vocalist and lead songwriter Ben Badger.

Badger states, “I wrote Delta Breakdown as a lesson’s learned type tune. In traveling back and forth to Arkansas since 2005 (I call both places home), I have had a lot of time to think about highs and lows. I guess I could have easily called the song “Delta Epiphany”.”

When listening to the lyrics, the listener experiences Badger poetically describe his southern-scenery-soaked trip between Florida and Arkansas, whilst being overcome with emotions often fueled by alcohol. The story describes how these times impacted him to put down the bottle and change his life for the better.

Take me to Tupelo

I need to feel The King in me

Sing me sweet muddy water

Oh, that magic

Moved by the old high cotton

Twice the man I used to be

Oh, Delta Breakdown

Director Heather Burkey adds, “It was important for me to help FALL TO JUNE tell their story in a cinematic way as well as have a kick ass time doing it!”

The “Delta Breakdown” video is produced by Meagen Gibson and executive produced by Brad Stewart and Josh Like for Ballistic Audio productions, and was filmed in and around Jacksonville, Florida, including Little Talbot Island Beach in South Georgia, Pumpkin Hill, and Ginger’s Place in Jacksonville Beach.

The tour includes 12 stops and begins on May 1st in Rockford, IL. FALL TO JUNE will also perform at a few individual shows leading up to the tour. In addition, the band boasts brimming talents Dan Mickler (guitars) and Ben Badger (vocals).
