New Jersey radio station WSOU 89.5 is teaming up with Swedish/Danish modern metal sextet AMARANTHE to air their new album The Nexus in full tonight! The album will air at 9:00pm Eastern Time during “The Pirated Advance” segment as part of the station’s “New Music Friday”. Listen worldwide at www.wsou.net. WSOU is based out of Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ and remains one of the state’s most popular heavy music outlets, overall.

AMARANTHE released their new album, The Nexus, on March 26th. The album landed on the iTunes Metal chart at #1 on the first day of release. Additionally, first week numbers showed the album poised at an outstanding #12 on the Soundscan Heatseeker chart, #36 on the Current Hard Music Albums Core Stores chart, and #61 on the Hard Music Albums chart.

AMARANTHE’s new music video for ‘The Nexus’ has racked up OVER 1.4 MILLION views since its release on January 25th! The video is available for viewing now on VEVO at this link. The video was directed by Patric Ullaeus, who has worked with names such as In Flames, Arch Enemy and Dimmu Borgir; he was also responsible for AMARANTHE video for ‘The Hunger’, the lead single from the band’s highly successful debut, now at a whopping 4 million YouTube views (and counting).
