About MAD REIGN:
Bay Area OGs MAD REIGN, known for their wild stage performance and political protest lyrics, is a San Francisco-based metal band who were active for over a decade before the
death of lead singer Frank Starr (The Four Horsemen).
MAD REIGN also suffered the tragic deaths of their guitarist Greg Spellings and drummer Billy Gagliardi, as well as manager, Rich Velinksky.
Forty years ago MAD REIGN gained international attention for the single “You Be The Judge” from their EP Salute the New Flag (1986 – Recorded at Studio D Sausalito, Produced by Rick Sanchez).
